I now start every new piece of work with the same steps in Codex: 1. Pop open voice mode 2. Brain dump what I’m trying to accomplish 3. Ask it to pull in relevant context from Slack, Fathom, Gmail, and Notion 4. Ask it to propose a build order for me to review and ask any clarifying questions it needs This has dramatically reduced the “activation energy” required for me to tackle anything I need to work on. My entire business system broken down: 1. Social content on multiple platforms posted multiple times per day 2. All social traffic drives to an email list of some kind - either a lead magnet or directly to my newsletter 3. Every email list sends 1-3 emails per week, building trust by educating and proving expertise to my readers 4. Every email ends with a CTA to one of my paid products, where a certain percentage of people click and a certain percent of those who click buy That’s it. That’s the entire system. It works because I’ve published 10,000 tweets, written 500+ emails, and talked to thousands of customers individually over the last 5 years, which is the part everyone wants to skip.
