How to add Xholic as a Claude connector

Connect your X account to Xholic first (one click with X's official sign-in, during the free trial). Then:

Step 1: Open Connectors
Open Claude, click Customize in the sidebar and choose the Connectors tab.

Step 2: Add Xholic as a custom connector
Click Add → Add custom connector. Enter Xholic as the name, paste the server address as the MCP server URL and click Continue.

Step 3: Connect and approve
Click Connect next to Xholic. Xholic opens in your browser: pick what Claude may do and which X accounts it can use, then approve.
Step 4: Turn it on in a chat
In a chat, open + → Connectors and switch Xholic on. Then ask: "Use Xholic: what should I post today?"

Choose read, write and publish access when you approve Claude. Untick publish and it asks you first.
In apps that can ask, every post and DM waits for your yes, showing exactly what goes out.
Claude only sees the X accounts you tick.
Everything it does is logged on its connection, with undo where X allows.
Billing, X account connections and security settings stay inside the Xholic app.
Disconnect it in one click from Settings → API / MCP / CLI.

Claude and Xholic: questions

Setup, safety and pricing for using Xholic in Claude.

Does the Xholic connector work on Claude's free plan?

Yes. Free plans can add one custom connector, and Xholic can be that one. Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans can add more.

Do I need to add Xholic again for Claude Code or Cowork?

No. Connectors belong to your Claude account, so Xholic is already in Cowork and in Claude Code when you sign in to it with your Claude account. Claude Code signed in with an API key needs its own one-line setup.

Claude doesn't use Xholic. What should I check?

Make sure Xholic is switched on for the chat under + → Connectors, and name it in your request ("Use Xholic: …"). If Claude says the connector needs sign-in, click Connect next to Xholic in Customize → Connectors and approve again.

Is Xholic free to use with Claude?

Xholic has a 7-day free trial with no card needed. After that, the MCP server, API and CLI are included in every plan, from $19 a month. Claude does the writing on its own plan, so Xholic doesn't charge for its AI.

Does Claude need my X password?

No. You connect your X account to Xholic once through X's official sign-in. Claude then signs in to Xholic through your browser, so it never sees your X password or a key.

Can Claude post to X without asking me?

Only if you allow it. When you approve Claude you choose what it can do: read, write drafts and lists, and publish. Untick Publish and it asks you first with a one-click link. In apps that can show a confirmation, every post and DM waits for your yes and shows exactly what goes out. Authentication and permissions

Which X accounts can Claude use?

Only the ones you tick when you approve it, with one of them as the default. You can change that or disconnect Claude anytime in Xholic under Settings → API / MCP / CLI, and everything it does is logged there.
