How to add the Xholic MCP server to Raycast

Connect your X account to Xholic first (one click with X's official sign-in, during the free trial). Then:

Step 1: Install the server
Run Raycast's Install MCP Server command. Name it xholic, set Transport to HTTP and paste the address.

Step 2: Choose OAuth
Set OAuth Type to Dynamic and save. Raycast asks you to Sign In: approve Xholic in your browser.
Step 3: Ask Raycast AI
Open AI Chat and ask: "@xholic what should I post today?"

How do I sign out Xholic in Raycast?

Run Manage MCP Servers, select xholic and choose Logout Server. Disconnect it in Xholic under Settings → API / MCP / CLI to revoke access too.

Is Xholic free to use with Raycast?

Xholic has a 7-day free trial with no card needed. After that, the MCP server, API and CLI are included in every plan, from $19 a month. Raycast does the writing on its own plan, so Xholic doesn't charge for its AI.

Does Raycast need my X password?

No. You connect your X account to Xholic once through X's official sign-in. Raycast then signs in to Xholic through your browser, so it never sees your X password or a key.

Can Raycast post to X without asking me?

Only if you allow it. When you approve Raycast you choose what it can do: read, write drafts and lists, and publish. Untick Publish and it asks you first with a one-click link.
