1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Xholic websites, web applications, browser extensions (including the Xholic Chrome extension), and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Xholic on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes that entity.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have required legal consent) to use Xholic. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not share credentials, share accounts in a way that exceeds your purchased plan, bypass access controls, or impersonate another person or entity. Authorized access granted through Xholic's connected-account feature is permitted only as described in these Terms and does not permit credential sharing.
3. Connected and Standalone Accounts
For purposes of these Terms:
- A Main Account is the Xholic account that manages its connected-account group.
- A Connected Account is a separate Xholic workspace whose owner has accepted another user's request to access and work in that workspace.
- A Sponsoring Account is a paid Main Account whose plan and shared usage pool support an eligible Connected Account.
- A Standalone Account is a separately authenticated Xholic account available in the same account switcher without being connected to another account.
You may send a connection request only when you are authorized to request access to the intended account. If you provide an invitation email address, you represent that you are authorized to use it for that invitation and that the information is accurate. A request, pending invitation, or declined invitation does not grant access. The account owner must accept the request through the Services before the connection becomes active.
By accepting, the account owner authorizes the connected user to view and work with the content, settings, and features Xholic makes available in that workspace. This may include creating, editing, saving, scheduling, or publishing content and initiating other available actions through the owner's existing authorized π integration. The connected user does not receive the owner's password, raw OAuth tokens, full payment details, or other credentials.
The account owner retains ownership of the account and its Customer Content and is responsible for choosing whom to authorize and removing access when it is no longer appropriate. A connected user remains responsible for their own conduct and for actions they take in the connected workspace. The owner may revoke access, and either party may disconnect where the Services provide that control. Once processed, revocation or disconnection ends future connected access across active sessions, including the browser extension, but does not delete the owner's workspace content.
Xholic may enforce connection eligibility, hierarchy, invitation, capacity, and security limits to prevent chained access, ambiguous authorization, spam, fraud, or abuse. We may suspend or remove a connection when required to protect users, the Services, or third parties.
Max currently includes up to five Connected Accounts in addition to its Main Account, and Ultra currently includes up to twelve Connected Accounts in addition to its Main Account. Pro does not include connected-account access unless expressly stated in the Services or at checkout. Pending invitations may temporarily reserve connection capacity. Eligible sponsored usage is deducted from the Sponsoring Account's shared pool. Where a Connected Account maintains an independent paid subscription, its own plan and usage allowances apply as displayed in the Services.
A downgrade, cancellation, expiration, payment failure, loss of plan eligibility, or exhaustion of applicable usage may suspend sponsorship or connected-account features. Standalone Accounts remain separate: each keeps its own workspace, plan, billing, usage, credentials, and sessions, and signing out of one does not by itself terminate every other standalone session on the device.
4. Service Scope
Xholic is an AI-powered growth toolkit for π. It provides tools for tweet discovery, reply composition, content remixing, idea search, and engagement workflows through the Xholic web application and the Xholic browser extension for Google Chrome. It also includes Smart Scheduler for drafts, immediate or scheduled publishing of approved text, image, and video posts, and configured automation rules.
The browser extension operates on x.com to provide in-page features such as AI-powered reply suggestions, one-time instructions for refining a current suggestion set, tweet saving, and collection management. When multiple accounts or connected workspaces are authorized, the extension may use the active π account to select the corresponding authorized Xholic account or workspace. The extension requires an active Xholic session, and every selected workspace remains subject to the connected-account authorization described in Section 3. Extension use is subject to these Terms in addition to applicable Chrome Web Store policies.
When you select a generated suggestion and submit a reply, Xholic may use the selected suggestion, your edits and final reply, and the reply's public engagement performance to personalize future suggestions and support engagement insights.
We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time. Some features may be labeled beta, preview, or similar, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Certain plans may include priority support or human-assisted writing services. These services are part of Xholic and remain subject to the same account, content, billing, and acceptable-use terms described here.
5. Scheduled Publishing and Automation
Smart Scheduler can publish approved text, image, and video posts immediately or at scheduled times and can run automation rules you configure, such as auto-retweet or auto-delete rules based on selected metric conditions. You are responsible for the content and media you submit, the timing you choose, and any automation rules you enable.
Scheduled publishing and automation depend on third-party platform availability, API permissions, account status, quotas, rate limits, and accurate metric availability. We do not guarantee that a scheduled action will run at the exact time requested or that every configured automation will complete successfully. Xholic may skip, delay, suspend, or fail an action when required by platform limits, missing permissions, quota restrictions, safety checks, service errors, or legal compliance.
AI-generated drafts, replies, remixes, or suggestions are not published unless you review and approve them or place them into a scheduler workflow yourself. You must ensure scheduled posts and automation settings comply with applicable law and third-party platform rules.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activities.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with system integrity.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.
- Use automated means to scrape or overload the service beyond permitted usage.
- Use Xholic to violate third-party platform rules, including spam, manipulation, or inauthentic engagement policies.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, mirror, or exploit the service except as expressly authorized by us in writing.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Your use of Xholic may involve third-party platforms (including π and the Google Chrome Web Store). Your interactions with those services remain subject to their own terms and policies.
The Xholic browser extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store and is additionally subject to the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies and Google Chrome Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, API changes, outages, suspensions, or decisions that affect your use of Xholic.
8. Intellectual Property
Xholic and its content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
π, the π logo, and all other third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced in Xholic are the property of their respective owners. Xholic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or any other third-party platform.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal business or personal use during your valid subscription term.
9. Fees, Billing, and Renewals
Some parts of Xholic may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other disclosed charges using your selected payment method.
AI actions, including generating and refining reply suggestions, may consume credits and count toward the usage limits associated with your plan. Each refinement request is a separate AI action. Applicable limits and allowances are displayed in the Services or on the pricing page and may vary by plan. The current rates for metered actions are listed below.
AI Credit Rate Card
Effective August 9, 2026. AI credits are Xholic usage units. They are not third-party model tokens, currency, stored value, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
| AI action | Credits per request |
|---|---|
| Explain a tweet or run Composer X-Ray | 6 |
| Generate four reply suggestions | 20 |
| Refine four reply suggestions | 20 |
| Fill a template with Steal the Structure | 12 |
| Remix a tweet | 12 |
| Run a new Inspiration semantic search query | 2 |
| Explain a post's structure | 6 |
| Generate a Brain draft | 12 |
| Rewrite or refine a Brain draft | 16 |
Automatic quality repairs and internal retries used to complete the same requested action do not consume additional credits. If a request fails before producing a usable result, credits reserved for that request are restored. Plan allowances apply within the applicable 24-hour usage window, and the Services display the current balance and reset time.
We may update this rate card prospectively. Changes apply from the revised effective date posted here.
Usage performed in an eligible sponsored Connected Account may be deducted from the Sponsoring Account's shared allowance. Usage performed under an independently paid Connected Account is governed by that account's own subscription where the Services indicate that its plan applies. The Main Account owner is responsible for monitoring shared usage by the users they authorize.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods equal to the initial term until cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and current.
Current Xholic paid plans are billed monthly unless checkout states a different term. Pro and Max may include a 7-day trial only when you provide a valid payment method at checkout. Ultra does not include a free trial unless a separate checkout page expressly says otherwise.
When a Pro or Max trial ends, your selected plan converts to a paid monthly subscription and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial, renewal, and cancellation details shown at checkout are part of these Terms.
10. Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Except for the Ultra upgrade exception below or as required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for partially used billing periods, unused features, downgrades, suspension, or termination for cause.
If you upgrade from a paid Pro or Max subscription to Ultra through Xholic's official upgrade flow, we will issue any applicable prorated refund for unused paid Pro or Max subscription time after the Ultra upgrade is activated. Trial periods, fully discounted periods, taxes, payment processor fees, already refunded amounts, or other unpaid time may have no refundable value.
If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to the paid features through the end of that billing period, and your subscription will not renew after that date.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges only. It does not reverse or refund any payment already processed, including the current billing period.
If you cancel during a Pro or Max trial before the trial ends, the cancellation stops the first paid subscription charge for that trial. You will retain access through the scheduled trial end date, and the app may require a new checkout to continue after the trial expires.
11. Trials, Pricing Changes, and Failed Payments
We may offer trials, promotional access, discounts, launch pricing, lock-in pricing, or credits at our discretion and may modify or end them on a prospective basis at any time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, trials and promotions have no cash value and are non-transferable.
We may change pricing, plan structure, or feature availability at any time on a prospective basis. If required by law, we will provide advance notice before a pricing change affects your renewal.
A "lock-in" or launch price applies only to the specific subscription product and conditions presented at checkout. It may end if you cancel, switch products, lose billing eligibility, fail payment, or otherwise stop maintaining the qualifying subscription.
If a payment is declined, reversed, or remains unpaid, we may suspend or downgrade your access, retry the charge, and recover reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.
12. Feedback and Customer Content
You retain ownership of content, data, and materials you submit to the service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, process, transmit, and use Customer Content as necessary to provide, secure, and improve Xholic.
Customer Content includes reply refinement instructions, custom reply rules, drafts, edits, feedback text, images, videos, image descriptions, and other materials you enter or submit through the Services. Refinement instructions and uploaded media are processed to provide the requested features and remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
When an account owner accepts a connection, the owner directs Xholic to make Customer Content and workspace controls available to the authorized connected user as needed to provide the connected-account feature. That authorization does not transfer ownership of Customer Content to the connected user.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Xholic, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
Thumbs up, thumbs down, reason selections, optional custom text, selected suggestions, user edits and final replies, and associated public engagement performance may be product-personalization signals. We use them to improve your reply suggestions and taste memory. They are not public testimonials, ratings, endorsements, or Chrome Web Store reviews.
13. AI-Generated and Human-Written Content
Xholic uses AI and machine-learning models, including third-party large language model providers, to generate reply suggestions, content recommendations, and engagement insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and your review only.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before posting it on π or any other platform. Xholic does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.
Suggestions produced from a refinement instruction remain AI-generated content. A refinement instruction does not guarantee that the revised suggestions will satisfy every request or produce any particular engagement, audience, revenue, or business outcome.
If your plan includes human ghostwriting, Xholic may prepare a limited number of personalized tweet drafts based on the account context, preferences, products, instructions, and materials you provide. Human ghostwritten drafts are not guaranteed to produce any particular engagement or business result, unused daily capacity does not roll over, and you remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing any content.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Xholic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will achieve any particular growth, engagement, audience, revenue, or business outcome.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xholic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xholic's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.
16. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Xholic and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service, your Customer Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect service integrity, users, or legal compliance.
We may also suspend or limit access for non-payment, suspected fraud, security issues, excessive abuse, or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of Xholicβs primary operating entity, unless otherwise required by local law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. By continuing to use Xholic after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
