Account earnings estimate

What an X account is worth, in numbers you can check

Most account worth calculators multiply follower count by a secret number. This one starts with median views, the reach of a typical post, because that's what brands pay for. It turns median views into a sponsored post price range, adds an estimate of monthly creator payouts from X, and shows an indicative media value for the account.

Every formula is on the page. If views are hidden or the account has too few recent posts, the calculator says there isn't enough public data instead of inventing a number. It also lists the levers that would raise the estimate, such as posting more often or growing median views.

A clear caveat: buying and selling X accounts breaks X's rules, and this isn't an appraisal or a price anyone has agreed to pay. Use it to price sponsorships and understand what your audience is worth to advertisers.

Methodology

How we calculate

  1. 01

    Sponsored post range

Price = median views ÷ 1,000 × CPM. The low, typical and high cases use CPMs of $7.50, $13.50 and $24 per 1,000 views. Median views are used instead of the average so one viral post doesn't inflate the price.

  2. 02

    Original Content Rewards

Estimated monthly payout = estimated monthly original-post impressions ÷ 1,000,000 × $5 to $12. That range is Xholic's working estimate; X doesn't publish a rate. It applies only to accounts with Premium, at least 500 verified followers and 500,000 original-post impressions in the last 90 days, per X's rules at the time of writing.

  3. 03

    Indicative media value

Media value = sponsored post range × 24, 36 or 48. It describes the advertising value of the audience over time, not a sale price. Niche matters too: finance and B2B audiences often command higher CPMs than general entertainment, which the three-level range is meant to bracket.

How it works

How to estimate your Twitter account's worth

One handle, three numbers, each with its working shown.

01

Enter a public handle

The calculator reads recent original posts and works out median views.

02

Read the sponsored post range

Low, typical and high prices for one sponsored post, based on median views and three CPM levels.

03

Add creator payouts

See an estimated monthly Original Content Rewards payout, if the account meets X's eligibility rules.

04

Check the levers

See which changes, like higher median views or a steadier cadence, would move the estimate most.

What the estimate includes

Three numbers, each with its formula

Separate figures for what brands pay, what X pays and what the audience is worth.

Sponsored post price

Median views × a $7.50, $13.50 or $24 CPM, giving a low, typical and high price per post.

Monthly creator payout

An Original Content Rewards estimate from recent original-post impressions, shown only as a range.

Indicative media value

The sponsored post range multiplied by 24, 36 and 48: two, three or four sponsored posts a month for a year.

Growth levers

Plain-language actions that would raise each number, such as lifting median views or posting more original content.

No-data honesty

Accounts with hidden views or too few posts get a 'not enough public data' message instead of a guess.

Use cases

Who uses an account worth calculator

Mostly creators pricing their first sponsorship.

01

Pricing a sponsored post

Quote a range grounded in your typical reach instead of follower count.

02

Checking a creator's rate

Brands can sanity-check a quote against the creator's public median views.

03

Setting growth goals

See how much more a sponsored post would be worth if median views doubled.

Responsible use

An estimate for sponsorships, not a sale price

Buying, selling or transferring X accounts violates X's rules and can get the account suspended. This calculator doesn't appraise accounts for sale, and it isn't financial advice. Real sponsorship prices depend on niche, audience location, deliverables and negotiation, and creator payouts depend on X's current program terms. Xholic AI is not affiliated with X Corp.

FAQ

Twitter account worth FAQ

How the numbers are worked out and what they don't mean.

How much is my Twitter account worth?

Enter your handle above. You'll see a sponsored post range from your median views, an estimated monthly creator payout and an indicative media value, each with its formula.

How much should I charge for a sponsored tweet?

A common starting point is a CPM, a price per 1,000 views. At a typical $13.50 CPM, an account whose posts usually get 20,000 views would charge about $270. Adjust for your niche and what the brand asks for.

How much does X pay per 1 million impressions?

X doesn't publish a rate, and payouts vary by month and by account. Xholic estimates $5 to $12 per million impressions on original posts for eligible accounts.

Can I sell my Twitter account?

X's rules prohibit buying and selling accounts, and accounts that change hands can be suspended. This calculator is for pricing sponsorships, not sales.

Why does it say not enough public data?

The account's view counts are hidden or it has too few recent original posts. The calculator won't guess from follower count alone.

Why is my estimate low with lots of followers?

Brands pay for reach, and median views can be far below follower count when many followers are inactive. Raising typical views raises every number here.

Is the estimate accurate?

It's transparent rather than precise. Every input and formula is shown, so you can swap in your own CPM or impressions if you know them.
