Yes. The reaction and the quoted post each have their own setting: blue, gold, gray or none.
Is a fake quote tweet legal?
Mockups for planning, design, teaching and obvious parody are generally fine. Presenting a made-up quote post as something real people said can be defamation or fraud. This isn't legal advice; when in doubt, label it.
Does the export have a watermark?
