How to add Xholic as a Grok connector

Connect your X account to Xholic first (one click with X's official sign-in, during the free trial). Then:

Step 1: Open Connectors
Open Grok, click Plugins at the bottom of the sidebar and choose the Connectors tab.

Step 2: Add a custom connector
Click New Connector → Custom. Enter Xholic as the name, paste the server address as the Server URL and click Add Connector.

Step 3: Sign in and approve
Sign in when Grok asks. Xholic opens: pick what Grok may do and which X accounts it can use, then approve.
Step 4: Ask Grok

Is Grok the same as Grok Bot?

No. Grok is the chat app on grok.com. Grok Bot is xAI's always-on agent with its own computer and routines. Both work with Xholic: Grok through a custom connector, Grok Bot by pasting the setup prompt.

Do I need a paid Grok plan?

No. Custom connectors are available on every Grok plan. On Grok Business and Enterprise, an admin adds connectors before members can use them.

Grok can already read X. Why connect Xholic?

Grok reads public X. Xholic gives it your own account: your voice, drafts, queue, analytics, leads and memory, and the actions to schedule and publish.

Is Xholic free to use with Grok?

Xholic has a 7-day free trial with no card needed. After that, the MCP server, API and CLI are included in every plan, from $19 a month. Grok does the writing on its own plan, so Xholic doesn't charge for its AI.

Does Grok need my X password?

No. You connect your X account to Xholic once through X's official sign-in. Grok then signs in to Xholic through your browser, so it never sees your X password or a key.

Can Grok post to X without asking me?

Only if you allow it. When you approve Grok you choose what it can do: read, write drafts and lists, and publish. Untick Publish and it asks you first with a one-click link.
