What's the difference between Grok Build and Grok Bot?

Grok Build is xAI's coding agent in your terminal. Grok Bot is an always-on agent with its own cloud computer and routines. Both work with Xholic.

Where are Grok Build's Xholic tokens stored?

In ~/.grok/mcp_credentials.json after you sign in. Disconnect Grok Build in Xholic under Settings → API / MCP / CLI to revoke them.

Is Xholic free to use with Grok Build?

Xholic has a 7-day free trial with no card needed. After that, the MCP server, API and CLI are included in every plan, from $19 a month. Grok Build does the writing on its own plan, so Xholic doesn't charge for its AI.

Does Grok Build need my X password?

No. You connect your X account to Xholic once through X's official sign-in. Grok Build then signs in to Xholic through your browser, so it never sees your X password or a key.

Can Grok Build post to X without asking me?

Only if you allow it. When you approve Grok Build you choose what it can do: read, write drafts and lists, and publish. Untick Publish and it asks you first with a one-click link.
