THE FUTURE IS HERE! AND HOW CAN YOU PROFIT FROM IT? Last night, I saw a video of what appeared to be @ElonMusk, @Tesla, and @SpaceX demonstrating something straight out of a science fiction movie. A Tesla Roadster driving upside down, launching into the air, flipping, and landing using advanced technology. Before posting it, I had to check multiple news outlets and sources to make sure I wasnt being fooled by AI. And while I havent been able to verify that this actually happened, it got me thinking! Now, this doesnt mean were all going to be flying in our cars tomorrow. But think about how quickly technology is advancing and what the next 5, 10, or 20 yrs could look like. This is a reminder. You dont need to quit your job today to become an entrepreneur. If you do your homework, can you invest in a stock that could pay you as technology advances? Imagine if you had invested in Coca Cola, GM, Nike, Amazon, Walmart, Apple, and so many others in their early days. Also, look into the companies they depend on. Those could be the real hidden gems! Either way, Im excited, fascinated, and maybe a little scared all at the same time. But regardless of how I feel, I know technology is going to change the world. And maybe you can invest and have smarter people like Elon working for you, even if its only 1K a yr. My advice is to take a couple of hours each week to educate yourself on how to make your money work for you when opportunities like this come along. What a crazy time to be alive! DJ

DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES I’VE MADE.... DON’T HAVE A GARAGE FULL OF SH*T If you think money solves everything, think again. Money can’t fix a broken business. It only exposes what’s already broken. Good habits and financial intelligence are what turn money into lasting success. I learned this the hard way so here you go..

ATTENTION WILL ALWAYS FOLLOW CEOS THAT HAVE A GREAT PRODUCT AND KNOW HOW TO BRAND THEMSELVES Here is a perfect example: In 2025, when @teslamotors stock dropped due to @elonmusk contovery. I encouraged people to look beyond the headlines and focus on opportunities to build wealth for themselves and their families. Fast forward to my interview with @tmztv yesterday discussing how Elon Musk is changing the world. People forgot about that controvesy and everyone is talking about his new tesla roadster. Thats billions upon billions of free media, press and advertising for his company. And that makes everyone in his company and share holders all the way down to hard working person holding his stock in their 401k for retirement. I also hold both Tesla and SpaceX. And he just recently made me feel more confident about the companies future But more importantly. This is why I created Ceo Access. It’s about the power of leadership and personal branding. Steve jobs mastered this kind of excitement annually at his @apple launches. Warren buffet does it annually at Berkshire Hathaway and the list goes on to the CEOs we know as household names Let’s me clear that the product must be great in the first place. But what separates good companies from extraordinary ones is often Leadership is who people recognize, understand, and trust. Steve Jobs wasn’t loved by everyone. Neither is Elon Musk. But you don’t have to agree with everything a CEO says to believe in the company they’re building. That’s the power of a CEO’s personal brand. It’s not about ego or popularity. It’s about building trust, attracting opportunities, and creating long term value. That’s the mission behind CEO Access. If you’re a founder or CEO building something great. In this day and age it’s your duty to make people aware of who’s behind it.

CEOs, HR LEADERS, CMOs & EVENT PLANNERS: DON’T WAIT UNTIL JANUARY TO PLAN FOR FEBRUARY! Every January, my team gets flooded with last minute speaking requests for Black History Month. And I can only be in but so many places. So please remember this: Black History Month isn’t just Black history. It’s AMERICAN history, and it’s something we should ALL celebrate together! It’s a time to honor the incredible contributions African Americans have made yesterday, today, and tomorrow, and inspire the next generation. If you’re responsible for booking speakers or planning events. This is a reminder that Now is the time to book any expert on the topic for February. There are so many incredible voices who deserve to be heard. They will bring a deep understanding of how we have more in common than apart to the culture of your organization. Let take the time to celebrate our shared history, our accomplishments, and the future we’re building DJ

Future sharks, before you ever hear your first big “yes,” you need to hear this. Because you’re going to hear “no” more than you hear “yes”. I had the honor of speaking to the young kids at @disneydreamersacademy . I get to speak to kids as much as I can. I’ve heard plenty of them throughout my career, and I learned that every “no” can teach you something if you’re willing to listen. Don’t let someone else’s answer kill your dream. Always remember, no is just a request for more information…

I wish I learned about this earlier in my business journey… You can’t build a successful business alone. The people you surround yourself with, the relationships you build, and the willingness to learn from one another will make all the difference. I saw this firsthand last week, when I had great conversations with @bankofamerica and @mastercard clients at a special one-night event in Chicago, discussing how business owners can meaningfully grow their businesses from the ground up.

The bigger your business gets, the more intentional you have to be about how you run it. I had the chance to sit down with five business leaders through the @Intuit-Enterprise-Suite Lighthouse program, and while every story was different, I heard a few lessons that any entrepreneur can learn from. 1️⃣ Jaime Blaustein: Growth shouldn’t create chaos. Build your operations to get stronger as you grow. 2️⃣ Marcela Hernandez: Every “no” gets you closer to the right “yes.” Know when to keep pushing and when to pivot. 3️⃣ Jason Corby: Give your people the full picture. When your team has the right information, they can make better decisions. 4️⃣ Matt Van Der Molen: Don’t wait until year-end to get your financial house in order. Know your numbers now so you can plan what’s next. 5️⃣ Rhiannon Petit: Use AI to buy back your time. Automate the repetitive work so you can spend more of it on your customers and your business. Different leaders. Different lessons. But the same mindset: scaling…

Getting to $50M takes one level of thinking. Getting past it may require a different one. Here are five things I’d stop doing if I wanted to take an established company further: 1. Staying in the same rooms. Are the relationships that helped you build the business the same ones that can open its next chapter? 2. Letting your company be a best-kept secret. Do the partners, talent, and customers you want to reach actually know who you are? 3. Leaving your story to chance. Do people understand the vision and leadership behind your company or only what you sell? 4. Saying yes to every opportunity. Are the interviews, events, and introductions you pursue actually moving you toward where you want to go? 5. Trying to figure out the next stage alone. Who is helping you see the opportunities you may be too close to notice? These are the questions you need to be asking yourself. And this is only scratching the surface of what i talk about with my CEO Access clients...If you’ve built a…

When I started to understand that there are 4 Stages that people go through if you consistently give to them long term. I started making smarter decisions on how to deal with them. That decision would save me a bunch of money and stress. And since #4 is the most surprising of them all. I decided to stop the giving to most of those people all together. And those people all ended up disappearing. So it made me realize that it was a one sided relationship anyway. I wish I would of figured that out sooner 🤷🏾 So I hope what I learned helps you in your relationships going forward. Or maybe you know someone that is giving giving and giving. That doesn't get anything in return that needs to hear this. Good Luck. DJ

There’s no single playbook for scaling a business, but there’s a lot we can learn from the people doing it. I sat down with several @Intuit-Enterprise-Suite Lighthouse members to talk about the real decisions behind growth, from pushing through “no” to getting your financial house in order and putting AI to work. Different businesses and different challenges, but one thing was clear: the right information can help you move with more confidence. ASIA, ASIA, ASIA I HAD NO IDEA! But im on the way back to you this summer 🛩️ I had no idea how big @sharktankabc was in Asia until 2019, when I traveled to Vietnam, China, and Japan. I was blown away by how many people knew the sharktank and showed up to hear me speak. Fast forward to today, and the speaking agencies that represent me here in the U.S. and around the world keep telling me the same thing: “Daymond, you have to do a better job letting people know when and where you’re available to visit the rest of the world. 🤷🏾♂️ They’re right. These agencies work hard for means so many other talented speakers. I need to do a better job supporting them and giving them enough runway to put opportunities together.
